About Our Church

A renewing community of new music, fresh worship, continuous learning, and collaborative action, we welcome all. We are a progressive, non-credal, open and affirming congregation in the United Church of Christ.

 

​We appreciate that faith is fluid, changing, drifting, and maturing over one's lifespan. We do not dictate to you how to define God, interpret Jesus's life, or whether or not to adhere to a specific doctrine. We are enriched by each person's own expression and struggle with faith.

We take the Bible seriously, but not literally, because we know that many people contributed to its writings over thousands of years. In the scriptures, we recognize the human condition of pain and injustice, and we celebrate the Divine Love that moves toward justice for all humankind.

We believe that all are made in the Divine image, and we welcome you to join with us in your journey of faith.
